I conquered my fears and decided to get my navel pierced. The piercer (whose name I unfortunately don’t recall) was very friendly and knowledgeable, which made the experience much more comfortable. The woman at the front desk was also welcoming and kind. The piercing was affordable, and overall it was a great experience. I’ll definitely be back soon for another.

The worst part of getting a new piercing for me has always been getting the jewelry put in, sure, the needle hurts, but for me it's always been worse to have someone pulling on the freshly pierced skin trying to get the jewelry assembled. I had my eyebrow and my nose done by Jill and she was so gentle and fast that if she hadn't been talking me through the steps I never would have known what she was doing. I highly recommend getting your piercings done by her

Got my nose pierced for the first time today by Kyla. It was an honor being pierced by such a baddie! She made me laugh and comfortable during the entire process. Not only was she very informative, but she answered all my questions as well, and was very helpful on guiding me for the perfect piercing placement. I was nervous about feeling pain, but Kyla was so quick that I barely had the chance to register any sensation. There was another young lady there who helped me pick out my piercing and ensured I got the color I wanted. I unfortunately didn't get her name, but I want to mention that she was very sweet and helpful as well! The gentleman at the desk was also very nice as he helped me sign in and told me what I would be expecting as a first time customer. Definitely a 10/10 experience. Thank you all!
